Daily Step-by-Step Mantra Meditation Practice

Step 1 : Find a quiet place where you can sit and focus.

Step 2 : Do some light stretches to prepare your body and mind.

Step 3 : Sit upright in a chair or cross-legged on the floor, keeping your back straight.

Step 4 : Take a few deep breaths to start. Deep breathing boosts oxygen in your body, energizing your cells and improving immunity.

Step 5 : Pick a mantra that feels right for you. If unsure, chant “OM”
